    Can you PLEASE specify Type 2 Diabetes? Type 1 Diabetes CANNOT be
    reversed.Even Robby acknowledged that he still takes insulin.

    Thanks for this great video! I was really looking forward to the answer for
    the question of how eating so many fruits doesn’t affect your blood sugar
    and body negatively, except he didn’t answer it. He just talked about fat
    instead. Please provide an answer, I would truly appreciate it. Thanks! :)

    I don’t understand why the comments don’t realize it’s about a steady clean
    diet. Take away the processed crap it doesn’t mean you have to go raw, but
    look at what you eat. Red meats every day of the week is bad for diabetes,
    but adding in lean meats and working out has been shown to reverse diabetes
    as well there are a lot of people who can contend to that. I’ve seen a few
    that started juicing and reversed it as well so I’m not sure the relation
    to natural sugars has the same effect as processed sugars I’d have to
    double check, but I wish people with diabetes would reverse the issue with
    food then maybe my dad would still be alive. People don’t realize the
    complications that can arise from diabetes it can lead to low blood
    circulation, which leads to amputation, my dad had mold growing on his feet
    and eventually had heart disease and kidney failure all related to his
    diabetes and diet.

    To all the people here who don’t use their brain, if sugar caused diabetes
    like from fruit, vegetables, etc. Kristina should be a full blown diabetic.
    And despite the fact she REVERSED her type 2 eating this way. How about
    educating yourselves first. Dr. Neal Barnard wrote a book on reversing
    diabetes with a plantbased diet and many people have reversed theirs eating
    this way. Carbs from plant foods don’t give you diabetes Lmao.

    To all of the people saying that a high carb low fat diet is bad for
    diabetes, um look at Kristina and the many other people who have reversed
    it or improved their symptoms. It CLEARLY works for some people. There is
    proof right in front of your eyes.

    I like you, Kristina, but I really don’t like the way you have approached
    this topic. It’s very exploitative, and you’re getting people’s hopes up.
    One of the problems with diabetes is all of the experts trying to bombard
    patients with information and say “All you have to do is such-and-such,” as
    if it’s the simplest thing in the world. So, I don’t like the way you’ve
    expressed this, but I do like raw food, so after doing more research, I
    just might try this.

    lol, the wave at the end. i don’t have diabetes yet, but i am 26 and very
    unhealthy and obese so i know it’s coming and it terrifies me. change is
    hard.

    I thought this video was awesome. You’re right, first step is to get
    educated! Society has us all brainwashed to think that all carbs are so
    bad. I used to think the same until I started reading and watching
    documentaries. Anyone who has diabetes should talk to their doctor or a
    dietician about this lifestyle after doing some research so they can mentor
    and slowly help get them off their medication! I will definitely be
    subscribing to Robby after seeing this! Thanks Robby and Kristina! :)

    I feel you didn’t really answer the question about fruit and blood sugar.
    For someone who is diabetic, should they eat fruit? What does fruit do to
    the blood sugar?
    Also, I feel you made it sound like sugar is no big deal when you have
    diabetes, just as long as you have a low-fat diet. Can you un-confuse me?

    I’m a type 2.. But on a couple hundred units of insulin a day plus oral
    meds. I love fruit but I get spikes when I eat too much. Have you knowned
    any type 2 who take a lot of insulin , and are able to reverse it and be
    off their insulin..?

    Type 2 CAN be reversed. I am a living testimony. Type 1 is much more
    difficult, but Robby is seeing incredible results. Eating fruits and
    vegetables in their most natural form is said to be the BEST form of
    medicine, and many have seen results reversing their type 2 diabetes and
    more. Rather than focus on hate here, let’s see more positivity please. I
    know this is a controversial topic, but we are raising awareness about a
    lifestyle that works. This is a great video, please show your support!

    ¡HA-HA! for those who think that CANNOT be reversed with Fully Raw lfstyle,
    try to cure it with hamburgers , greek yogurt, “low fat” cheese, diet coke
    and no fruits… duh!

    Thank you both for this video! Robby, thanks for the inspiration, as
    always. I’m a Type 1 diab on an insulin pump, diagnosed in 1976. Since
    going LFRV(with some falling off the wagon since I started), my carb ratio
    continues to get better(I can’t remember what I told you the last time I
    wrote, maybe 1:20?).It’s now at 1:35!! I’ve reduced my insulin quite a bit
    as I began a yr ago at 1:10. My last a1c was 5.81. My averages are
    amazing. My MD and ND are so happy for me, even my heart murmur
    disappeared. On my FB pg I posted a long update about the healing that’s
    tkn place since going raw(blood work and other things). Blood sugars, are
    only one factor that’s improved. You and Tasha have blessed my life so
    much, spurring me on. So, thank you again!

    This Raw Food for Diabetes testimonial needs to be in check with metrics
    and reality.
    First, Metmorfin? I think the mindful diabetic is shooting to say
    Metformin. Robby claims to eat 750 gram of carb: that’s nearly 3000
    calories of carb alone – and then he claims to under-inject insulin . . .
    this is crazytown. It implies malabsorption, which is not unlikely with a
    raw foods diet.

    In 30 days, a raw foods diet provides a modified fast for most individuals.
    Yeah that will change how you feel short term – But this is neither healthy
    nor sustainable. You must use blood test markers over a longer period of
    time. On the raw high-carb diet – it takes about 1 year or longer to
    express the hazards of a high TG:HDL ratio and higher HgbA1c. Furthermore,
    the muscle loss on this diet further aggravates glycemic management, but
    again – it takes a couple years to set-in.

    30 days does not imply success over insulin resistance – a condition for
    which me must live in accordance for our lifetime. I am an author,
    physician, and yes, I personally carry the IR trait – The long-term outcome
    of a low-carb-high-fat diet has proven superior to higher carb (raw or not)
    in all recent research. Take home – Use metrics for yourself over time,
    not testimonials and hype.

    Hi..Thank you both so much for sharing your experiences in reversing this
    scary condition. I have always been thin, a marathon runner, vegetarian,
    etc and was diagnosed pre-diabetic 2 years ago. I’ve tried Paleo,
    gluten-free and vegan but lost so much weight on vegan that I didn’t think
    I could sustain it. My A1c didn’t budge below 5.9. If my A1C and glucose
    are high, but by insulin and Peptide C are low, does that sound more like
    Type 1? I think so, but the GAD65 test came back negative. So, so so
    confused about where to go from here. Any thoughts appreciated. Thank you
    again.

    Ii have type 2 Diabetes but I was never placed on medication. I am going to
    go Fully Raw very soon im going to go on a water fast/cleanse and then go
    into juice fast and then start eating fully raw and juice at the same time.
    Does this sound okay? How do I keep my sugar up while doing this? I have
    done research and I think putting some beets in my juice will do the trick
    and eating plenty of fruit etc… does this all sound good? Any tips?
